Jurisdiction
Love Leavenworth Vacation Rentals maintains and operates this Site from its offices in Leavenworth, Washington. These Terms of Use are governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Washington. By using this site you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Chelan County, Washington for any action arising from these Terms of Use. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to this Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. If any portion of these Terms of Use is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that part shall be deemed severable and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Such a term will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
