Love Leavenworth Vacation Rentals is owned and operated by Sean and Karlyn Lynn, a husband and wife team. We both come from customer service backgrounds in the restaurant and tourism industries, so providing lodging and concierge services has been a natural progression for us. We strive to offer the best-maintained homes in the Upper Columbia Valley, complete with a caring, professional, expert reservations and operations team to help accomplish our goals.
We look forward to assisting Leavenworth visitors and helping to create memorable vacation experiences from rental property selection to activity planning. We also appreciate the opportunity to earn the trust of our property owner partners and hope to make renting and owning one of our managed homes worry-free and fun.
Our Love Leavenworth team currently comprises of 25 full-time employees, consisting of our five-person Leadership Team, supervisors, maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry staff. Most of our team live, work, and play in Leavenworth, enabling us to provide a genuinely local experience and the fastest response to any issue.
Meet our outstanding and professional Leadership Team; they are tasked with running their departments efficiently and effectively. At the same time, maintaining our Love Leavenworth core values of integrity and honesty and, most notably, keeping work fun.
Let's start with our longtime friend and Client Relations Manager extraordinaire, Lori!
She has in-depth and personal knowledge of all the processes within the company, and her best virtue is her genuine and detail-oriented care for our homeowners. Lori is the liaison and primary point of contact to address any homeowners' questions, needs, or concerns. Our homeowners are set for success with Lori on their side from day one! And, did we mention that you can always expect a lovely conversation and occasional grand laugh with her?!
Interesting fact: Lori was a volunteer firefighter and EMT at the local fire department in Leavenworth.
Next, we want to introduce you to Karen, our friendly and professional Operations (Housekeeping) Manager.
With over 30 years of experience in the upscale hotel industry, Karen brings to Love Leavenworth exceptional quality control standards and operational expertise within our housekeeping and laundry realm. Karen manages a 100% in-house professional cleaning and laundry team of over 20 employees with efficiency, technology, and humor and is respected and loved by staff and our partner owners.
Interesting fact: Karen is a big-time pet lover. Her latest addition to the family, Bernese Mountain Dog Bodhi, is an official office mascot with a dedicated workplace :)
When it comes to fix-it-all, no better person in the world can take care of our homes than Dillon, our Maintenance Manager!
Dillon's natural ability to troubleshoot and professionally assess maintenance-related situations saves our homeowners thousands of dollars on maintenance. He is no stranger to using his hands and working his magic on regular upkeep. The best part of our sound maintenance is the Extensive Property Inspection which happens quarterly and helps us stay on top of preventable issues. Dillon also manages our in-house maintenance staff and communicates with regular and hired vendors.
Interesting fact: Dillon followed the love of his life to Leavenworth all the way from Texas, where he is known as a professional wakeboarder.
Hannah, our Reservations Manager, has worked in various departments at Love Leavenworth for four years before becoming our Reservations Manager. Her deep knowledge of every property and communications background make Hannah the perfect fit to ensure that our guest's needs are well managed. She is also known for her award-winning smile, endless positive energy, and outstanding problem-solving skills.
Interesting fact: Hannah is the head coach of our local high school's cheerleading team and enjoys being involved in local community projects.
Natasha is our Revenue and Marketing Manager. Drawn to Leavenworth for the abundance of outdoor activities in 2018, Natasha started as part-time laundry help while ski touring our area and decided to call Leavenworth home. Her degree in marketing and previous career in the hospitality sector internationally is a perfect fit to oversee our robust revenue management systems and ensure that our brand and message are strong and healthy.
Interesting fact: Natasha worked on the Organizing Committee as a Head of "Look and Feel of the Games" at the Winter Olympics in Sochi 2014.
