Icicle Brewing Company strives to use local ingredients in their beer production. The water for this beer comes from Icicle Creek which flows into the Wenatchee River less than a mile from the brewery and the bulk of malted barley comes from a maltster in Vancouver, Washington. Their hops are from the Yakima Valley and they get their yeast from a laboratory located in the Columbia River Gorge. This can all be enjoyed around charcoal lit outdoor tables.
